The Mahogany Room - a large airy, air-conditioned room with queen-size bed, ensuite, cheval mirror, two-seater lounge, coffee table and dresser; coffee and tea making facilities, TV, DVD, hairdryer; outdoor area with outdoor table and chairs.
The Bramble Suite - separate bedroom equipped with queen-size bed and suite; separate bathroom and toilet with vanity; lounge room with three seater lounge, coffee table, T.V., DVD and record player; tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer provided; personal outdoor garden area with setting.
1st Avenue B&B facilities include:
- two (2) self contained air-conditioned units each with shower, toilet & sitting area - street level spacious units;
- located in a very quiet residential street leading to Bramble Bay only 100 metres away;
- off street parking (1 vehicle per unit);
